Should your windscreen need repairing or replacing, contact your broker immediately. They will provide you with the contact details of an approved windscreen repairer, who you will need to contact to arrange a suitable time for the repair or replacement. Generally there is no excess payable for windscreen repairs (your broker will confirm this with you) and the provision of your Policy Number and Insurer to the repairer will be sufficient for repairs to proceed.

Should any issues arise in the course of the repair/replacement process, contact your broker who will rectify this where appropriate.
