At McCarrison Hayes, we understand that its not always easy to know whether you are getting the best insurance deal, the right advice or the insurance policy that best suits you or your business. We are a strong advocates of only placing your insurance with a secure and solvent insurer who will settle any valid claims when they arise.
We only recommend those insurers who are licensed to operate in New Zealand and have a minimum of “A-” rating with specialist external rating agencies such as AM Best or Standard and Poors.
A number of times when we are brought in to quote, we find that many companies have received bad insurance advice and are not being looked after by their existing insurance broker or provider. Our advice is based on analysing your needs, working with you to provide that you are placed with the right insurer and assisting you in the time of a claim. We look to tailor a business insurance package to your requirements in order to protect your business.
With us, the service does not stop once you have placed the insurance cover. Every year at the time of your insurance renewal we will look to make sure that the insurance policies that you have taken out are still right for your needs and that the insurance company we have placed you with is still a good fit for your business. If we find that during the renewal we are able to get you better cover or place you with a better insurance company then we will make those recommendations to you in our report.
